Twins Cities Real Estate Market Update

Now that we are through January, February and March, I wanted to bring you up to date with what is going on in the market:

So far this year, the number of homes for sale is down 3% versus 2013
Pending sales are down 12% versus 2013
Closed sales are down 13.7% versus 2013
The Median List Price has risen 9.5% versus 2013
The Average Sales Price has risen 10.8% versus 2013
The Average Price per Square Foot has risen 11.1% versus 2013

In short, prices are moving in the right direction and we need more houses for sale! The buyers are out there – when are you planning on moving?
