Welcome to my video blog! Today, I wanted give you a quick market update on how we are doing compared to last year.

The average-days-on-market is down by 27.9 percent from last year. The median list price is up 10.7 percent from twelve months ago.

The median sales price is up 15.1 percent and the average sales price is up as well, by 12.7 percent.
